Ran a 50.84 in the 400 to place 16th at the MIAA Indoor Championships ... career-best 600 time of 1:25.04 came at Concordia two weeks prior ... finished seventh ... also at the meet was part of the second place 4x4 relay team (3:23.18) ... member of the winning 4x4 relay team at the Charlie Foster (3:29.28) ... career-best 600 yard effort of 1:15.39 came at NW Missouri
AS A FRESHMAN (2018-19)
MIAA Academic Honor Roll ... took part in five indoor meets ... ran a 1:26.71 in the 600 at Concordia ... ran on four 4x4 relay teams ... ran in five outdoor meets ... had a 50.68 in the 400 at CU ... member of two 4x4 relay teams
HIGH SCHOOL
Member of back-to-back Class C 4x4 and 4x8 state champion relay teams ... also an individual state qualifier at 400 meters and 300 hurdles
