AS A JUNIOR (2022-23)
USTFCCCA All-Scholar ... MIAA Academic Honor Roll ... USTFCCCA outdoor All-Region ... outdoor All-American as part of the fifth place 4x4 relay team (school-record 3:08.56) at the NCAA Championships ... same foursome broke an eight-year school mark with a 3:11.87 at the Drake Relays ... lowered that at Loper Twilight (3:09.09) and NCAA prelims (3:10.44) ... at the MIAA's, seventh in the 400-hurdles (NCAA provisional 53.31) and 10th as a member of the 4x1 relay team ... during the winter, seventh in the 60-hurdles at conference (NCAA provisional 8.10) ... also seventh in the 4x4 relay and 12th in the 200

AS A FRESHMAN (2020-21)
MIAA Academic Honor Roll ... fourth in the 400 hurdles at the MIAA Outdoor Championships ... season-best time of 53.34 came in the finals ... NCAA provisional time ... also helped the 4x4 relay team come in 9th and was 15th in the 110's ... part of the sixth place 4x4 squad at the conference indoor meet ... 14th in the 200 and 15th in the 60-hurdles as well
HIGH SCHOOL
Was the 2019 Class C state champ in the 300 hurdles thanks to a career-best 38.61 ... also runner up in the 110 hurdles (career best time of 14.63 came in prelims) ... qualified in the 300 hurdles in both 2017 and 2018
