AS A JUNIOR (2017-18)
MIAA Academic Honor Roll ... ran on the 4x1 and 4x4 relay teams that finished in the top nine at the MIAA Outdoor Championships ... also 17th in the 400 ... top 400 time of 49.62 came at Doane ... 11th in the 400 at the indoor league meet ... ran on the DMR and 4x4 relay teams as well ... career-best 400 time of 49.51 came at UNL in February
AS A SOPHOMORE (2016-17)
MIAA Academic Honor Roll ... ran the second leg for the 4x4 relay team that placed ninth (3:21.17) at the league outdoor meet ... 14th in the 400 (season-low 49.95) ... ran a 50.79 in the UNK Loper Invite ... in the winter, helped the DMR team place third (10:17.52) at the MIAA's ... also on the ninth place 4x4 relay team (3:32.54) ... also was 12th in the 600 yard run (1:15.57) ... personal-best 1:22.74 600 meter time came at South Dakota State
AS A FRESHMAN (2015-16)
Redshirted during the spring ... mainly ran the 400 and 600 in the winter ... ran a 51.61 (400) at the Holiday Inn Invite ... turned in a 1:23.72 in the 600 at Concordia ... also ran on two 4x4 relay teams ... MIAA Academic Honor Roll

Three top five finishes at the 2015 Class B state meet, including second in the 400 (50.55)
