Indoors - DMR (2nd/9:55.70 & 7th/10:06.49); 600 yards (4th/1:12.39); 600 meters (5th/1:21.50); 4x4 (6th/3:18.55) 

AS A JUNIOR (2019-20)
MIAA Academic Honor Roll ... member of the seventh place 4x4 relay team at the MIAA meet (3:20.17) ... also was 10th at 600 yards (1:12.83) ... won the 600 meter run a week earlier at UNL ... turned in a career-best 1:21.50 ... member of the first place DMR team at NW Missouri (9:55.70) ... time broke a four-year old school mark ... was the second leg ... first or second seven times during the winter


AS A SOPHOMORE (2018-19)
MIAA Academic Honor Roll .. seventh in the 600 yard run (career-best 1:12.39) at the MIAA Indoor Championships ... ran a 1:2.60 in prelims ... helped the 4x4 squad turn in a 4:18.55 to come in sixth ... had a career-best 1:54.70 in the 800 at UNL ... second at 600 meters (1:22.72) at Concordia ... 10th in the 800 (1:55.93) at the outdoor league meet ... season-best time of 1:54.83 happened in Warrensburg ... member of eighth place 4x4 team (3:18.60) at MIAA's 


AS A FRESHMAN (2017-18)
MIAA Academic Honor Roll ... helped the 4x4 relay team come in ninth at indoor league meet (3:21.91) ... also competed in the 800 meter run ... top season-time of 1:57.50 came at Pitt State ... career-low 50.12 in the 400 came in April in Boulder ... member of ninth place 4x4 relay squad (3:18.91) at conference ... ran a season-low 1:54.85 to finish 14th in the 800

HIGH SCHOOL
Part of 2017 Class B state team state track champions ... ran anchor on the 3,200 meter relay team that won the state title and the all-class gold medal (7:55.54) ... also anchor for the state champion 4x4 relay team ... runner up in the 800 (1:56.82) ... member of the basketball and football teams
