AS A SENIOR (2022-23)
Indoor All-American as a member of the DMR team (8th) and outdoor All-American as a member of the 4x4 relay (5th) ... NCAA indoor provisional qualifier in the 400 and in the 4x4 relay ... NCAA outdoor provisional qualifier in the 4x4 (different team) ... during the winter, set new school-records in the 400 (48.45) and 600 yards (1:10.90)... the 400 record had stood for 21 years with the 600 yard mark four years old ... part of four different 4x4 relays that cracked the all-time top 10 ... MIAA runner up in the 600 yard run and member of seventh 4x4 relay team ... in the spring, member of fifth place 4x4 relay team at conference ... also 10th in the 400 ... 4x4 relay team broke an eight-year old school mark four times, the first come at Drake ... MIAA Academic Honor Roll ... seventh in the 400 and as part of the 4x1 relay team at the MIAA Outdoor Championships ... also a member of the ninth place 4x4 relay team ... career-best time in the 200 (21.91) came at Doane two weeks prior ... earned All-American honors at the NCAA Indoor Championships ... second leg on the eighth place DMR team (9:41.41) ... part of a school-record in the event (9:41.05) at Pitt State in early February ... helped the 4x4 relay team place sixth at conference ... foursome turned in a school-record time ... ninth in the 400 as well
