At UNK: As a junior, 2nd-team All-RMAC by running the third leg for the 4 x 400 relay team ... squad earned 3rd-team honors during the outdoor season ... in 2009, earned 3rd-team All-RMAC honors in the spring as part of the 4 x 400 relay team ... ran the third leg ...also at RMAC's, ran the 400 meters (51.57) ... also ran the 400 during the indoor season with a top time of 52.98
High School: Two-time state placer at the Class C state meet (400 meters) ... third as a senior and fifth as a junior
