AS A SOPHOMORE (2019-20)
USTFCCCA All-Region (DMR) ... MIAA Academic Honor Roll ... ran the third leg for the MIAA title winning DMR team (school-record 9:55.17) ... earlier in February ran lead on a different foursome that broke a four-year old school record in the event (9:55.70) ... also first on another team that managed a 10:09.35 in January ... low DMR team ranked 17th in D2 ... also an NCAA provisional qualifier in the 800 (1:52.47; 35th in D2)... individually was eighth at conference in the mile (4:13.97) ... career-best time of 4:11.44 came a week earlier at UNL ... finished runner up... during the year was first or second 12 times
AS A FRESHMAN (2018-19)
MIAA Academic Honor Roll ... MIAAÂ outdoor runner up in the 800 (season-best 1:52.22) ... led the prelims with a 1:52.42 ... had a 1:52.48 at the UCM Relays ... also ran on the 4x4 relay team that came in eight at conference (3:18.60) ... third in the 600 yard run (season-best 1:11.56) at the MIAA Indoor Championships ... part of a 4x4 relay team that came in sixth with a 3:18.55 ... had a 4:32.90 mile in Seward
HIGH SCHOOL
Was a 2018 Class B state runner up in the 800 (top time of 1:57.45) ... medalist in the event as a junior ... also placed seventh at the 2018 state meet in the 1,600 .. ran anchor for 2017 state medalist 4x4 and 4x8 relay teams
