Kinzee Goehring joined the Nebraska Kearney Sports Medicine team in the summer of 2022. The Wyoming native works primarily with the women’s basketball team and men’s and women’s tennis.
Goehring earned her bachelor’s degree in athletic training from UNK in 2018 and went on to earn her Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from St. Mary’s University (TX) in 2020. During her time in Texas, Kinzee worked as a graduate assistant with the Rattler Sports Medicine team and primarily with the women’s volleyball and softball teams. Goehring then moved onto the University of Central Oklahoma and worked with the women’s soccer, rowing, and baseball teams. Her time in Edmond included numerous post season events, including an NCAA Division II Rowing National Championship.
She also worked with the International Finals Rodeo in Guthrie, Okla., where she was involved with various rodeo athletes and provided coverage for all performances throughout the event.
