Third-team All-RMAC in the indoor season as part of the 4 x 400 relay team ... ran the anchor leg for a unit that had a top time of 3:54.27 ... had the team's third best time in the 400 (59.85) ... led in the 600 (1:39.74) and also competed in the 55 hurdles (9.50) ... in the spring, third-team All-RMAC in the 400 hurdles (1:05.48) ... second-team All-RMAC with the 4 x 400 relay team (3:53.26) ... again ran the final leg ... also ran the 400 (1:01.26) at the Nebraska Open

AS A SOPHOMORE (2009-10)
In the 2010 indoor season, second-team All-RMAC in the 400 (59.97) ... also second-team All-RMAC as a member of the 4 x 400 relay team  ... ran the final leg for a group that had a top time of 3:58.30 ... second-team All-RMAC at the 2010 RMAC meet in the 400 hurdles (1:04.00) and in the 4 x 4 relay team ... unit turned in a 3:55.00 at the Drake Relays

AS A FRESHMAN (2008-09)
Indoor third-team All-RMAC in the 4 x 4 relay ... second on the team at 400 meters (1:00.81) ... finished third at the RMAC outdoor meet in the 400 hurdles ... also second-team All-RMAC in the 4 x 4 relay

HIGH SCHOOL
Won the 300 meter hurdle title at the Class C state meet
