Rachael Page rejoined the Nebraska Kearney athletic department in December 2014 and currently serves as Associate Athletic Director for Compliance and Student Services. She was promoted from Assistant A.D. to Associate A.D. in the summer of 2021.
During the 2014-15 academic year, Page was an Accounting Technician for UNK Athletics. She became an Office Administrative Specialist in the summer of 2015.
"After an extensive search, we found a person with the preparedness to join our Senior Staff, help us serve the needs of our 450 student-athletes, handle student-athlete conduct issues, advise our Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) and manage our NCAA compliance on behalf of varsity sports," said former UNK Athletic Director Dr. Paul Plinske.
The St. Joseph, Mo., native was a member of the UNK women's swimming team who completed an internship and was a graduate assistant in the Loper athletic department. Graduating with honors from UNK with a B.A. degree in Sports Communication and Sports Administration, she was compliance intern from May-December 2010 working under Associate Athletic Director/Senior Woman Administrator Jaime Lundgren.
Earning her Master's degree in Education with an emphasis in Sports Administration from UNK in 2012, Page completed a graduate internship at Kearney High School in the spring of 2012, working closely with the Bearcats Athletic Director. Prior to returning to UNK, Page was a Certified Nurse's Aide at Good Samaritan Hospital in Kearney.
She and her husband, Michael, live in Kearney with their children, Owen and Brighton.
