Sean Smith joined Nebraska Kearney Athletics in the summer of 2022 and currently serves as Manager of Events & Operations.
From 2022-25, he was the Lopers Manager of Marketing & Fan Experience. In that role he oversaw ticket sales and operations, handled game day promotions, and created scripts for the public address announcer and the video production team. Prior to joining UNK, he was Gameday Director for the Tri-City Storm Hockey Club (2018-22) and has also served as an assistant basketball coach at Kearney Catholic (2019-25).
Smith is a UNK graduate, holding a B.S. in Sports Management.
