Crowder won the shot put Sunday night at the Loper Last Chance Twilight meet with a career-best toss of 48-4. That moved her up to 23rd nationally and could punch her ticket to the NCAA Championships. The throw also moves her up two spots to seventh on UNK's all-time list.
