Kearney, Neb. – The fifth-ranked Nebraska-Kearney wrestling team heads to Indiana this week for the annual NWCA (National Wrestling Coaches Assoc.) Division II Duals.
The D2 tournament, held Thursday and Friday, is part of "Mat Mayhem" in Fort Wayne. Several collegiate and high school events will be held simultaneously this weekend in the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum.
UNK (4-2) will face the 15th-ranked Tiffin University Dragons of Ohio on Thursday morning (8:00 a.m. Central). Regardless of how the Lopers do, they'll wrestle again at 12:00 p.m. Central against either seventh-ranked Upper Iowa or Wisconsin-Parkside.
With wins in the first and second rounds, UNK would likely face defending national champion and top-ranked St. Cloud State. Last January, the Lopers beat Tiffin, 26-19, in the first round and finished the tourney with a 3-2 mark.

UNK will also send some individuals to the annual Custais Open at Hastings College this Saturday.
