Kearney, Neb. - The Mesa State women's soccer team scored five first half goals to beat Nebraska-Kearney, 5-0, Sunday afternoon at Ron & Carol Cope Stadium at Foster Field.
Battling for seeding in the RMAC Tournament, Mesa improves to 9-9 (6-8 RMAC); they are 3-0 at Cope Stadium thanks to two wins earlier this year vs. Wayne State and Winona State. UNK, playing its last home game of 2009, falls to 1-16-1 (0-13-1 RMAC).
