Box Score Kearney, Neb. – The Southwest Baptist women's soccer team tallied two goals in each half and took 23 shots to beat Nebraska-Kearney, 4-2, Saturday afternoon in Bolivar, Mo.
The Bearcats (6-1, 4-0) remain unbeaten in MIAA play with the Lopers falling to 1-5-1 (1-3-0).
SBU junior Karla Jamison, among the top offensive players in the league, tallied goals in the 9th and 52nd minutes while assisting on a goal scored by her sister, Kate, in the 67th minute. The 'Cats other goal came 26 minutes in and was tallied by sophomore Elin Hammar.

Katelin Mielke (Millard West) did record nine saves in playing all 90 minutes.
UNK made the most of its three shots as Arizona junior
Meaghan Pasbrig tallied an unassisted goal in the 42nd minute with Papillion junior
Montanna Hosterman taking a pass from sophomore
Kadie Walaszczyk (Houston, Texas) and scoring with 12 minutes left.
This was Hosterman's 11th career goal and Pasbrig's first in college.
"This was a difficult road trip for our team. We will take away the positives from the weekend and work on the things that we need to keep improving upon," said UNK coach
John Maessner. "We'll stick together and know that we have plenty of games left to get ourselves back on track."
Kearney remains on the road next week to face Lindenwood and Central Missouri.
