A first baseman/pitcher from Scribner, Mowinkel hit .538 (7 for 13) last weekend with three HR's as the Lopers split an RMAC series with Colo.-Colo. Springs.

In a rare occurrence, the Lopers moved the games to McCook. The change didn't effect Mowinkel, who hit two solo HR's in the first game Friday and hit a three-run bomb in the series finale Saturday.

On the spring, she is now batting .355 with five HR's and nine RBI's.
