Kearney, Neb. – The Nebraska-Kearney women's golf team shot a 36-hole total of 744 to finish third at the Fort Hays State Invitational Tuesday in Hays, Kansas.
The two-day, three-team tournament was held at the par 71 Smoky Hill G.C.
UNK had rounds of 380 and 364. The host Tigers (699) won the small tournament with Regis (713) second.

Sara Wissing was runner up thanks to a 168 (83-85). Kiley Johnson of Hays easily earned medalist honors with a 157 (78-79). Both had 15 pars over the two days.

Emily Carlson placed 8th (184), Grenta freshman
Kristen Goldenstein was 11th (191), Norfolk sophomore
Nicole Erwin was 13th (201) and Iowa freshman
Arielle Huber was 15th (231).
The Lopers finish out the fall season early next week in Denver.
