Kearney, Neb. – The Nebraska-Kearney men's tennis team has placed five players on the 2013 All-MIAA team.

The squad, consisting of a first and second team as well as honorable mention, is chosen by the league's seven head coaches.

In singles, junior Yeswanth Nadella (India) and sophomore Jack Nicholson (England) received honorable mention honors with two Loper doubles teams being tabbed as well.

Nicholson and senior Arin Enge (Olathe, Kans.) were chosen as No. 3 second-team with senior Revel Yehezkia (Indonesia) and freshman Fletcher Sheridan (Georgetown, Texas) receiving honorable mention accolades at No. 2 doubles.

Nadella, playing No. 1 singles all season, went 14-9 (3-3 MIAA) with Nicholson going 15-10, including a 6-5 mark in the third spot and a 5-2 record in the fifth position. He was honored for his work at No. 5 singles.

Enge and Nicholson went 13-3 (4-1 MIAA) as UNK's No. 3 doubles team with Sheridan and Yehezkia going a combined 10-7 that included a 9-6 mark at No. 2 doubles.

The Lopers went 17-10 (2-4 MIAA) this season, just missing out on making the 48-team NCAA Tournament.
