Kearney, Neb. – The 2025 MIAA Women's Golf Championships will be held Sunday through Tuesday (April 13-15) at Meadowlark Hills G.C. in Kearney. 2025 MIAA Champ Logo

The 12-teams have a practice round on Saturday and then 18 holes will be played each of the next three days. Tee times are set for 8:30-10:30 a.m. on holes one and 10; the Lopers will be in the early pairing over the first two days. The event is free and open to the public with live results available throughout the tournament.

Central Missouri has won the last two titles with UNK the 2022 champion. Between 2013-21, Central Oklahoma and Northeastern State each won four crowns with the 2020 tourney canceled due to the pandemic. In the current "Scoreboard" national rankings, UCM (21st), Rogers State (26th), Arkansas-Ft. Smith (51st), Missouri Southern (54th) and the Lopers (55th) are all in the Top 60.

UNK has an average score of 312 per round and is led by seniors Juliana Botero Molina (Colombia) and Sophia Coleman (Phoenix, Ariz.) with sophomore Liz Lyons (Olathe, Kan.) and freshman Calie Dockter (Byron, Minn.) currently second and third on the team, respectively, in season stroke average. Botero Molina's current 75.50 average would break her own season school record (76.25), set last year, with her career average of (76.93) also on pace to set a new Loper standard.

The Lopers and many MIAA teams are in good shape to qualify for the 18-team NCAA Central Regional May 5-7 in Edmond, Okla.
