I.L. “Brick” Carskadon was a three-sport star in the 1920’s. Although he excelled in Basketball and Track, it was in Football where he is best remembered. In 1926 he set a school record with a 97-yard touchdown run against Hastings on the last play of the game to give the Antelopes a 13-10 win. He was referred to as the ‘greatest all-around athlete of his time. He coached at four Nebraska and Colorado High Schools. He was inducted posthumously.
