An outstanding tackle for the Antelopes, John Marrow was the first Kearney State athlete selected to play in the professional- college all-star game in Chicago between the professional champions and a select group of college stars. Marrow also played professionally with the Chicago Cardinals for two years. He coached at St. Paul, South Dakota University and Beverly Hills California High School. He was a member of the Los Angeles Olympic games committee
